Agenda 2027 a planner you design and print at home

A week on every double page, the week number at the top, January to December. You decide what goes in, put your own photo on the cover and print the planner on A4 – for a ring binder or folded into booklets.

The 53 weeks of the 2027 planner. The first is week 53 of 2026 (28 December – 3 January), so 1 January, a Friday, sits in a whole week. The last is week 52; it ends on 2 January 2028.

Monday to Wednesday on the left with room for notes, Thursday to Sunday on the right. At the top, the month and the week number – the way Swiss offices and schools count: ‘KW 12’, ‘semaine 12’.

In your language

The planner prints months, days and headings in English, German, French or Italian – whatever language you design it in. The school planner in French, your own in German and one for the grandparents in Italian.

The cover

A name – yours or a project’s –, a photo if you like, the title at the top, in the middle or at the bottom. The photo is the only thing printed in colour: inside, the planner is grey, so any printer copes.

What it costs

The whole of 2027 costs CHF 2.50, less in a larger pack. Pay with TWINT or by card. Open an account through this site and the first three years are free, while places last.

  • No subscription. You buy planner time when you need it, and what you’ve bought never expires.
  • The PDF is yours. Print it as often as you like – March a second time, if the coffee went over it.
  • Your account and your planners are kept on servers in Switzerland. No ads, no cookies.
